Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Brand Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. This role is a key contributor in bringing brand campaigns to life through compelling storytelling across paid, owned and earned channels. The ideal candidate is adaptable and resilient, a problem solver who is eager to jump in, ask questions and share ideas.
As an Associate, Brand Marketing within Chase Travel, you will collaborate closely with marketing and cross-functional teams to manage marketing plans that support brand strategies. Your efforts will ensure seamless delivery of initiatives and consistent messaging across channels, positioning Chase Travel as a differentiated, high-value travel platform for Chase cardmembers. You will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives across channels and platforms. You will touch a variety of marketing campaigns, from paid media to print, producing engaging and effective marketing content that drive business results.
Job responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to develop, manage and execute marketing initiatives that drive growth for Chase Travel from concept to completion, monitoring campaign performance and providing insights for optimization.
- Manage the creation and distribution of print advertising campaigns, partnering with designers and internal collaborators to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to coordinate paid media efforts, including digital, social, and traditional channels. Manage day to day campaign activities across mid- and upper-funnel campaigns, inclusive of asset management and trafficking.
- Develop assets and materials that support consumer marketing initiatives, inclusive of collateral, campaign recaps and marketing calendars.
- Prepare and deliver internal presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Support the Brand Marketing team in developing strategic presentations for internal leadership reviews.
- Work closely with marketing, supplier and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution across all marketing channels.
- Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the Chase Travel's marketing efforts are effective and cutting-edge.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of experience brand marketing, advertising or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communications with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with lifestyle consumer brands in the travel, entertainment or fashion industry.
- Graphic design experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to execute brilliantly while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Consumer-first mindset, leveraging data to develop and deliver best-in-class marketing programs and create solutions to customer needs and insights.
- Problem-solving mindset to develop processes and implement strategies effectively.
- Ability to manage upward, ensuring leadership visibility and alignment on initiatives.
