About the job

We are seeking a dedicated Channel Support Specialist to play a key role in maintaining and developing resources for our Service Sales channel partners. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Service Sales team and our partners to ensure they have access to the tools and materials needed for self-sufficiency, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing sales performance across our online channels, driving results and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our partners while positively impacting the overall customer journey.

This is an onsite position located in Kenosha, WI or Greenwood, IN.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Manage Anytime for Service access and permissions
  • Manage and maintain BRP Manager, access to tools for Channel Partners
  • Maintain and update Service US site and content
  • Create and deploy channel communications in collaboration with Channel Development Manager and Lead Generation (Marketing).
  • Create and maintain Channel Competency Matrix and Geographic vs Customer Coverage
  • Monitor partner Action Plan Status
  • Manage E-Channel Partners web data (PIM) and pricing
  • Manage Master Service Provider (MSP) and Authorized Service Provider (ASP) Certification and Compliance
  • Manage and drive sales with Online Channels

What you know

You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in service sales and support
  • Desired but not required experience with Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers
  • Knowledge of Distribution and Commissioned Representative Sales preferred
  • CRM knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning and project management skills
  • Ability to work alone and with a team without strict oversight
  • Extensive computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time
