We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our channel sales ecosystem to drive revenue and market share growth. You will work closely with resellers, distributors, and other channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies, foster strong relationships, and achieve sales targets. This role is a hands-on quota carrying role with clearly defined metrics on annual ARR bookings and revenue targets.
You Will:
- This is a direct contributor role carrying an individual quota for channel sales. Experience hands-on managing and directing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close of sales. Responsible for opportunity management, forecasting and business reporting within the Avathon CRM (i.e., HubSpot).
- Create and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to meet revenue and market growth objectives.
- Work closely with channel partners to achieve assigned quarterly & annual bookings and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a consistently strong sales pipeline; ability to handle multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.
- Ensure partners have the tools, support and enablement needed to successfully sell and market products.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on channel performance and opportunities.
You'll Have:
- 3+ years of hands-on, quota carrying sales experience in Enterprise Software sales.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth through channel partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple partners and initiatives.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate partner performance and market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sales processes, channel ecosystems, and partner enablement best practices and solutions such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
Pay: $150,000 base salary. Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
