Position Purpose:
As a Partner Alliance Manager at Valorx, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Salesforce ecosystem partnerships and driving business growth. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills and strategic thinking to align partner objectives with our company's vision. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Valorx and its customers by fostering strong alliances and unlocking new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic alliances within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with Valorx's goals.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Work with partners to design joint business plans, execute go-to-market strategies, and achieve shared objectives.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, nurturing strong relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand our reach and service offerings within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and optimize partnership performance while reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
- Event Representation: Represent Valorx at partner events, Salesforce conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and strengthen alliances.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve challenges in partnership execution to maintain productive relationships.
Qualifications Requirements:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful strategic alliances.
Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and align stakeholders on shared goals.
- Analytical mindset for tracking and enhancing partnership performance.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
