The Role
We’re looking for a Channel Operations Associate to play a crucial role in managing and optimising our presence across third-party booking platforms like Airbnb and . You’ll ensure our listings are top-notch, drive performance improvements, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for our clients and guests.
As part of the Channels team, you’ll combine your problem-solving and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail to manage listing quality, ensure operational excellence, and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Listing Management: Take charge of the creation, updating, and maintenance of listings across multiple booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards by conducting thorough reviews of all listings, ensuring consistency and excellence in every detail.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as a bridge between the Channels team and other departments, facilitating smooth communication and coordination.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel or Google Sheets to analyse listing and revenue performance, presenting actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot platform challenges, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Refine team workflows, ensure timely delivery of tasks, and contribute to quarterly objectives.
- Experience: 3+ years in operations, listing management, or similar roles within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with tools like Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights.
- Detail-Oriented: Extreme attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Problem Solving: A resourceful and proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Organisational Skills: Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
