As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic Channel Manager to drive success with our strategic partners.
Role Summary:
The Channel Manager will initally focus on 4 existing channels. This individual will be the primary liaison between 1Kosmos and these companies, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, developing sales pipelines, and ensuring mutual business success. This role requires a combination of relationship management, sales enablement, and strategic thinking to maximize the value of the partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, consultants, and sales teams.
- Manage the 1Kosmos channel pipeline and be responsible for a quota assigned to the each Channel.
- Act as the main point of contact for all interactions between 1Kosmos the channels.
2. Joint Go-To-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with the channels to design and implement joint go-to-market strategies that align with both organizations’ goals.
- Identify and develop joint solutions, campaigns, and offerings to drive customer value.
3. Sales Enablement:
- Educate and enable channel sales teams on 1Kosmos’ solutions, value propositions, and differentiators.
- Provide training, collateral, and support to ensure successful engagement with mutual clients.
4. Pipeline Development:
- Work closely with channel teams to identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the 1Kosmos sales team to manage the joint sales pipeline and close deals.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of the channel partnerships, including KPIs such as revenue, pipeline growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on the status of the partnership.
6. Alignment with Internal Teams:
- Collaborate with 1Kosmos marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on channel requirements and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Act as the voice of the customer, communicating feedback and insights from channels to internal teams.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development, preferably in cybersecurity or identity verification.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with global system integrator business models, consulting services, and industry positioning is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of cybersecurity, digital identity, or related technologies is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with teams and clients.
