YOUR KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Based in Singapore, and reporting to our Asia Pacific Marketing Director, you will be responsible to set up a demand generation and operate our digital marketing framework, working closely with our Sales team and reseller channel.
Demand generation
- Develop highly effective demand generation programs with relevant marketing content and deliverables via marketing automation system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and digital platform.
- Set and achieve targets for marketing efforts across various channels.
- Manage CRM requirements in the end to end customer's journey: from lead to order.
- Improve e-commerce marketing strategy with key stakeholders from the region
- Analyze campaign successes and monitor sales conversions.
- A/B testing and digital campaign optimization
Channel Marketing
- Create and roll-out marketing programs and communications to channel
- Timely delivery of actionable campaign and promotion packages to resellers
- Manage expenses within allocated budget
- In charge of timely marketing plan submission, budget approval, POEs and invoice claims
Evidence Marketing
- Curate compelling customer references with our sales and reseller community and oversee the customer interviews and writing of customer success stories
Brand marketing
- Establish local and regional media network, drive media pitches and reviews
- Craft media releases and develop social media programs to shape public perception of Ultimaker and increase awareness
- Work with ambassadors and influencers to drive product reviews
- Seek and uncover regional opportunities for awards nomination.
WHAT DO YOU BRING
- Minimum 8-10+ year of experience in B2B demand generation in APAC
- Experience in project management, B2B digital marketing tactics
- Familiarity with the different CRM and EN and CN social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
- Working knowledge of MS Office; html photo and video-editing software is an asset
- High energy multi-tasker who advanced copywriting skills
- A creative yet practical mind with particular attention to details.
Definitely a plus
- Fluent in Japanese, Korean and/or Simplified Chinese is preferred
- Worked in both fast paced and challenging in-house role
- Knowledge and interest in the concepts and technologies of 3D printing
