About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration and achieving results to join our Sales Team as a Channel Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by managing and nurturing relationships with our channel partners. Your primary responsibility will be to enable, support, and grow our partner ecosystem to achieve shared success. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies, business plans, and sales objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training, enablement, and support to optimize partner performance and drive revenue.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics, analyze results, and implement plans to achieve targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving challenges and ensuring a seamless partnership experience.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to identify new growth opportunities.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, access control or a related field. 
  • Experience in industries such as: SaaS, technology, or telecommunications is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), partner portals, and other sales enablement platforms.
