- We’re offering this position for a period of six months
What you'll do
As a Change Manager, you’ll support change programmes, ensuring a consistent application of people change methodologies. In addition, we’ll look to you to produce collateral to support colleagues through the change cycle, along with building change management capability across project teams.
Your role will also involve:
- Building and owning key relationships with stakeholders across all levels, with the ability to influence and leverage those relationships as necessary and appropriate
- Co-create change narratives with projects that truly answer ‘why’ change is necessary
- Designing and managing the facilitation of workshops, drop-in sessions, working groups and other engaging interventions appropriate to the level of change
- Conducting research, gathering, and analysing complex multi-layered data from multiple stakeholders
- Preparing and presenting conclusions and proposals
The skills you'll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of building sustainable networks with well-developed interpersonal, collaborative, and flexible communication styles.
We’ll also be looking for knowledge and experience of using people change methodologies and tools, such as Change Impact Assessments and Change Narratives.
You’ll also need:
- The ability to run with multiple projects concurrently
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience of developing, designing and driving people change management plans
- The ability to translate technical business cases into clear and compelling stories
