Our Change Management team is seeking a Change Coordinator to help ensure smooth and successful changes across production environments. In this role, you’ll drive change activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track. You’ll be at the center of critical operations, ensuring compliance with regulations while optimizing procedures for seamless deployments and continuous improvement. 

What You'll Do 

  • Take ownership of change coordination activities within project scopes. 
  • Prepare and manage Release Notes to ensure compliance with gaming and regulatory standards. 
  • Collaborate with Project and Release Management teams, stakeholders, and technical teams to align on project scope and timelines. 
  • Consolidate tasks into a detailed delivery plan, monitor progress, and manage changes as needed. 
  • Facilitate smooth information flow across teams to maintain project alignment. 
  • Proactively identify and resolve blockers during deployments, changes, and site setups. 
  • Collect and analyze metrics related to deployments and change activities to drive process improvements. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all changes comply with applicable laws and regulations, including gaming standards. 
  • Change Coordination: Plan and execute configuration changes in production environments, assessing and mitigating risks. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between teams to maintain alignment and clarity on project deliverables. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify issues, implement solutions, and drive process enhancements for smoother operations.

  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. 
  • High attention to detail and a systematic approach to managing tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. 
  • Critical thinking and sound judgment to handle high-pressure situations. 
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in remote, Agile team environments. 
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). 

Beneficial to Have 

  • Experience in a regulated industry, particularly gaming or technology. 
  • Proven ability to present concepts and work results at the management level. 
  • Familiarity with project and change management tools and methodologies.
