About the RoleAs a Lead Change and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating change initiatives within our Technology Platform environment (operations, platform, tooling and security). This includes digital transformation projects such as zero trust security, DevSecOps/Zero touch deployment, Hybrid hosting, and others. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth transition of changes within the organization, minimizing disruption and maximizing benefits.
You will report directly to a member of Management Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful implementation of business initiatives and organizational & regulatory changes. Align change management efforts with overall business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, project teams, and employees, to effectively communicate change objectives, manage expectations, and secure buy-in for proposed changes. Foster a culture of open communication, active participation, and collaboration to drive successful change adoption.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with proposed changes. Develop mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks and minimize negative impacts on customer experience, employee productivity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Change Communication and Training: Develop and deliver clear and concise change communication plans and training programs to ensure that employees and relevant stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to adapt to change. Use various communication channels and methods to effectively disseminate information, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the change process.
  • Change Implementation and Monitoring: Lead the execution of change initiatives, ensuring that all necessary resources, timelines, and deliverables are identified and managed effectively. Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Proactively identify and address any implementation roadblocks or resistance to change and develop strategies to mitigate risks and maximize adoption.
  • Change Readiness and Adoption: Assess the readiness of individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole to embrace change. Implement change management methodologies and tools to facilitate smooth transitions and encourage widespread adoption of new processes, systems, and procedures. Provide coaching and support to employees to help them navigate and succeed in the changing environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and processes, seeking opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory requirements related to change management in the private banking sector. Leverage insights to enhance change management frameworks and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
     

Your Profile

  •  5 to 10 years of experience in Change Management.
  • Experience in (digital) transformation projects
  • Native English level with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem and related technologies
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, operational, and administrative resources.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high energy, team-oriented environment.
     

Qualifications And Skills

  •  Master Degree in IT, Business, Management, Communication, or similar experience.
  •  Proven experience (5-10 years) in change management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  •  Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
  •  Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and industry-specific challenges and trends.
  •  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. -Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  •  Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  •  Change management certification (e.g.,Prosci Adkar..) is highly desirable.
  •  Proficiency in utilizing change management, software, and methodologies.
