Job Description
The Cloud Foundational Services (CFS) Product Line acts as the focal point across all of JPMC's cloud capabilities. It provides the central suite of tools and APIs that manage access to public cloud capabilities in a secure and compliant manner, defines the developer experience to bind cloud resources into a coherent ecosystem and, in partnership with both Enterprise Technology Product Lines and Lines of Business, drives the adoption and best practices for the implementation of cloud capabilities.
The Business Enablement and Transformation team within CFS is responsible for managing the business of CFS and creating an inclusive culture for the 900+ employees within the organization. The team manages the two-way engagement streams between the organization and leadership team, including newsletters, townhalls, employee opinion survey results and culture initiatives. The team is responsible for the business portfolio management of the organization, including run the business dashboards and metrics, QBR/MBR/OKRs, business tooling adoption, and T&E.
Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Culture Development: Lead initiatives to define, communicate, and reinforce the organization's culture and values. Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs and activities that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction based on Employee Opinion Survey. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to assess engagement levels and identify areas for improvement.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected. Develop and support initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey cultural and engagement initiatives to employees across the global organization. Utilize various channels to reach a diverse audience.
  • Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience. Provide guidance and support to teams during periods of transition.
  • Collaboration: create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm, from managing directors to people managers to developers working on the cloud platform .


Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience leveraging strong communication, analytical, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in cross-functional teams with a proven ability to influence at a variety of levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to take technical topics and translate them into digestible information for varying stakeholder consumption
  • Organized, detail-oriented and proactive "self-starter" with a demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships and establish strong partnerships
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Confluence, Excel
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • AWS Certification is strongly encouraged
