Job Description
Manage tenancy administration
- Maintain and promote positive relationships with tenants
- Perform administration work related to tenancy matters including processing of tenancy termination or enforcement of tenancy contract terms and conditions
Manage building operations
- Perform routine inspection of building from building and facilities maintenance to cleanliness and security
- Ensure that quality preventive maintenance works are delivered by third-party service providers
- Monitor and ensure smooth carpark operations according to standards operating procedures
- Attend to any emergencies or rectify issues/ complaints raised promptly
Manage financial performance and reporting
- Plan and monitor operational and captial expenditures
- Drive financial performance and profitability of the property
- Compile and prepare financial and performance reports for reporting
Manage People
- Lead and manage related staff to ensure smooth operations of the building
- Drive a culture to encourage innovation, productivity and continuous improvement
- Drive organisational vision and values to foster a committed and competent workforce
