Job Description Summary:
The Centralized Procurement (P2P) Lead Analyst will support the implementation of a Workday Procure to Pay (P2P) system combined with a Workday Financial ERP.
This position reports to the Associate Director of Centralized Procurement and works within a cross functional project team to meet the key deliverables on driving the implementation and ongoing support of an end-to-end P2P solution. The Centralized Procurement (P2P) Lead Analyst will be responsible for the configuration and administration of systems supporting the entire P2P cycle throughout FCS while partnering with the Workday Support Team, Business Users, Procurement Buyers, Finance, and vendors to implement changes, enhancements, and new releases.
Position Qualifications/Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related discipline. Course work or specialized study in procurement management is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
- Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required.
Previous Experience:
- Three (3) years of experience with a Procure to Pay (P2P system (e.g., Workday, Coupa, Basware, NetSuite, etc.)
- Prior experience in procurement and accounts payable preferred
- Knowledgeable of enterprise-wide procurement policies, corporate cards, accounting concepts and internal controls around spend.

- Interpersonal Effectiveness: Developed interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, conflict management, delegation skills, and diversity awareness. Ability to work effectively with sensitive and confidential material and sometimes emotionally charged matters.
- Communication Skills: Good command of the English language. Second language is an asset but not required. Effective communication skills (oral, written, presentation), is an active listener, and effectively provides balanced feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with diverse individuals in cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Customer Service & Organizational Awareness: Strong customer focus. Ability to build an engaging culture of quality, performance effectiveness and operational excellence through best practices, strong business and political acumen, collaboration and partnerships, as well as a positive employee, physician and community relations.
- Self-Management: Effectively manages own time, conflicting priorities, self, stress, and professional development. Self-motivated and self-starter with ability to work independently with limited supervision. Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities and demands from a variety of stakeholders and sites.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Effectively lead and facilitate group discussions, coach, mentor, motivate, and engage others to align to a common goal. Ability to effectively lead projects from inception through implementation and assessment.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required.
Travel:
- 25%
Standard Core Workdays/Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional off-work hours when necessary.
