As a Central Operations Employee, you are the first point of contact for members and club staff via the intercom system. Whether answering access-related questions, resolving incidents, or ensuring club safety remotely, you play a crucial role in our 24/7 operations.

Your Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for members and club staff via intercom.

Ensure safety remotely, especially during unstaffed hours.

Provide technical support to prevent club closures.

Manage incidents and accidents in a 24/7 environment, following established protocols.

Act as the key link between internal departments to keep clubs running smoothly.
💡 You will be part of a 70-person Central Operations team, working in an international and multicultural environment. The office language is English, but Spanish, Dutch, and French are also spoken.
Your Work Schedule
We are looking for new colleagues who can work various shifts (morning, evening, and night). We offer contracts for 32, 36, or 38 hours per week, depending on your availability.
