Job Description
- Responsible and coordinate for Goods receipt Indirect invoices of Bosch Automotive and Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies
- Responsible and coordinators for release Invoicing for Scrap process, Ext. Warehouse and transportation payment
- Responsible and coordinators of Central Logistic administers, Central document control (LOG activities, Event, Audit, Z drive etc.)
- Responsible for Logistics coordinators IDM admin : Identity Management (IdM)
- Responsible for Logistics coordinators or ITM key user IT in Manufacturing OT-Planner (ITM)
- Responsible for Logistics coordinators of Information Security & Privacy (ISP), Data Security Partners (DSP) and support audit
- Responsible for support Continuous Improvement Process (CiP) activities in physical logistic (System -CiP, Point-CiP, Daily management )
- Other assigned by superiors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics field
- Good command in English
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment
- Having knowledge of SAP system and IT system
- Self-driven individual with strong ability for project management
- Able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and thrive under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking skill, problem-solving, good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
