The Role

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition team for Central Europe to support ambitious growth plans
  • Lead and develop the team to meet business demands
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with business leaders
  • Foster a best-in-class candidate experience and drive brand awareness
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure close alignment with business leaders
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion through innovative attraction and sourcing strategies
  • Provide performance reporting to drive successful outcomes and business decisions
  • Oversee senior-level recruitment and manage team roadblocks collaboratively

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Proven success within an inhouse recruitment in Consulting, Financial Services or similar areas
  • hands-on and can-do mentality
  • Ability to demonstrate volume direct hiring delivery
  • Previous team management experience is essential
  • High level of aptitude in oral, written and email communication
  • An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking
  • Able to prioritise and manage time effectively
