Central Demand Planner

We are looking for Central Demand Planner, who would join our growing team in Bucharest !
 

Your responsibilities

• Reports to SI&OP Manager

• Receives and analyses regional demand forecasts.

• Develop and produce monthly forecast reports for product group, as part of global SI&OP process.

• Optimize demand planning flow. Monitor and eliminate inefficiencies in process and systems.

• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and budgets.

• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

• Maintains a constant relationship with regional demand planners and global product line owners to understand demand forecasting drivers for geographical scope

• Measured on global forecast accuracy and global forecast bias for product line within scope

What you bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning or supply planning.

• Understanding of demand planning practices such as forecast accuracy and forecast bias.

• Well-developed communication skills, both interpersonal and organizational

• Rapid and thorough independent decision making and creative problem-solving skills
