In the Clinical Diagnostics Division, Project Managers partner closely with leading pharmaceutical companies to develop, manufacture and commercialize highly regulated companion diagnostics (CDx) that are critical for physicians to help find therapies for patients. In this exciting role, you will help lead cross-functional project teams leading the way in companion diagnostic product development. You will be externally facing to pharmaceutical industry partners and internally facing to the Agilent CDx core project team. A successful candidate for this job will work closely with their global cross-functional project teams and external partners to ensure that project objectives are accomplished on time and within budget.
Job Responsibilities:

Lead global cross-functional project teams and communicate directly with external pharma partners and internal stakeholders with oversight from your direct manager

Drive the delivery of results according to project scope, budget, quality, and timeline

Analyzing, planning and tracking project phases and activities, and communicating the timelines/milestones/goals on a regular basis to management and other stakeholders

Effectively identify and communicate risks to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

Preparation for Joint Project Team (JPT) and Joint Steering Committee (JSC) meetings

Excellent presentation skills, creative problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability while adapting to changes and encouraging teamwork across geographies and cultures

Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed project environment
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare industry or other regulated fields.

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Asana)

PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar certification preferred

Strong analytical and planning skills to monitor and track project milestones and deliverables

Creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset and adaptability in fast-changing environments

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $82,480.00 - $154,650.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
