WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Lead and support through coordination, reporting, and insights in the strategic and operational planning process in CAM annual quarterly monthly daily.
  • Monitor and coordinate the provision of the different statistical analysis of sales and financial information for the monitoring of the different KPI's of the business and decision making for key stakeholders.
  • Evaluates, proposes, coordinates, controls, and guarantees the correct administration of the policies applicable to the different sub-processes (Commission and Incentive Plans, Per Diem Policies, Vehicle Policies), and related to investment in our different customers/channels/markets (Customer Growth Plans, Customer Investment Policies, etc.) of the Customer Development area.
  • Ensures the administration of the Governance of the local Market and Channel Hierarchy ensuring the correct association of Customers to the hierarchy levels, masters, and respective points of sale.
  • Responsible for the implementation of projects in CAM (implementation of new distributors, process automation, information analysis, among others). In addition, to support regional projects as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Systems Engineering.
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel Macros, Pivot Tables) SAP, Power BI.
  • Handling of DAX, Pandas Python
