About the Role 

We're on the lookout for a talented and passionate Senior Designer to join our collaborative team. As a Senior Designer, you'll be a driving creative force, leading the design and execution of impactful brand experiences across a range of touch-points. You'll work closely with our talented team of designers, strategists, and account managers to deliver exceptional work for our clients. We're looking for someone who brings great energy to the table, inspires colleagues and clients with their passion, and has their finger on the pulse of culture. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead the design and execution of branding and design projects, encompassing visual identities, packaging, brand world activations, and branded campaigns. 

Translate strategic direction and client briefs into compelling and innovative design solutions. Develop and present creative concepts and design presentations to clients.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including strategists, copywriters, production artists, and developers.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Requirements 

• Demonstrable experience as a creative designer within a fast-paced agency environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills across branding, packaging, and brand activation projects.

• Experience working with clients across multiple categories, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

• A solid understanding of omnichannel brand experiences and how to create cohesive and impactful campaigns across various touchpoints.

• A positive and collaborative approach, with the ability to inspire and motivate those around you.

• The ability to take a brief and elevate it creatively, identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations.

• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Desired Skills and Experiences 

• Multi-disciplinary design skills, with experience in areas such as digital design, motion graphics, or illustration.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.

• Experience collaborating with video editors, photographers, 3D artists, and other creative professionals.

• A strong understanding of production processes and print/digital specifications.
