THE JOB:
We are looking for a Casino Control Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our casino operations. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the department, assisting multiple teams, handling critical tasks, and ensuring seamless communication across various areas. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help create WOW moments for our guests, even from behind the scenes.
THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Answer and direct phone calls or take detailed messages for team members
- Prepare and organize correspondence, records, and paid bills
- Sort and deliver mail efficiently across departments
- Order and manage office supplies to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist Casino Accounting, Collections, and Title 31 teams with various administrative tasks
- Deliver reports and correspondence to departments as needed
- Step in for Casino Control Management when necessary, handling markers, wires, audit reports, and more
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Provides detailed administrative support with pride
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to shifting priorities
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizes tasks efficiently and multitasks with ease
- Brings 1 year of prior experience in a similar setting
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Must be able to obtain necessary certifications or gaming licenses
