Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Attend gaming tables for card-change procedure according to the company’s’ procedures.
• Properly check and shuffle the cards in the cards’ counting rooms (hereinafter, CCRs).
• Follow terms of the shuffling procedures in the CCRs and at the gaming tables.
• Follow schedule assigned when performing duties.
• Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in the gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
• Inform Pitboss in a timely manner to replace and/or receive new cards or deck of cards for each shift.
• Evaluate and keep track on the quality and visual look of the cards.
• Assist training new shufflers if required by the management.
• Promotion to Card Dealer with training available.
• Adhere to Pennsylvania Gaming Commission Regulations and PT Services regulations and departmental policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Shuffler - Morning Shift (7AM-3PM), Swing Shift (3PM-11PM) or Night Shift (11PM-7AM)

• 2999 Street Rd, Bensalem, PA

• Full-time only (40 hours)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Must be able to complete training Monday- Friday 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm (1 week).
• Must be 21 or over due to PA licensing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain a professional and clear communication with peers.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and be able to work on different assignments simultaneously.
• Punctuality and precision.
• Must be able to obtain a PA Casino Employee Registration.
• Must be able to work on a flexible schedule such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay Rate: $16 + up to $4/hr Monthly Performance Bonus
• *20% Night Differential Pay from 11PM-7AM.
• Holiday Pay
• 5 PTO & 5 Paid Sick Time
