Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop processes and relationships with card management stakeholders, including card networks, processors, card printing, and courier companies,
Develop alternative sales channels and manage relationships with card operating companies,
Oversee financial tracking of issued cards, including reconciliation of transactions, fees, and revenue streams,
Track and manage invoices related to card operations, ensuring timely payments and compliance with contractual agreements,
Monitor and report on KPIs for managed products, ensuring continuous performance optimization,
Manage the card sales network, including card processing, field sales, and back-office operations,
Follow industry bulletins and updates from card networks and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards,
Stay updated on fintech innovations and new technologies in the global payments ecosystem,
Ensure coordination with internal business units such as finance, compliance, customer service, and IT to streamline card-related operations.
Qualifications
Min. 3 years of card operations management experience,
Knowledge about collaboration processes with card management stakeholders,
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive decisions,
Ability to think strategically and analytical,
Eagerness to learn, grow and challenge oneself and others,
Having an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership,
Being a team player – no job is too big or too small.
