As a Capital Introduction Associate within the J.P. Morgan Capital Advisory Group in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in bridging hedge fund managers with institutional investors. Your work will support the growth of new and established asset managers, as well as bring positive impact to JP Morgan's Prime Financial Services business. You'll be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, communication, collaboration, and innovation, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of our hedge fund clients' strategy and fundraising goals, adding value through thoughtful consultation and investor connectivity.
- Cover clients and investors globally.
- Assist in planning and organizing Capital Introduction events.
- Produce timely hedge fund industry content pieces.
- Analyze data to support various Capital Introduction and business-related activities.
- Navigate a large global firm across multiple business lines, including the wider Capital Advisory Group, Senior Relationship Management, Prime Financial Services, Equities, and FICC.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 4 years of work experience in finance, relationship management, or the hedge fund industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Understanding of prime brokerage business, hedge funds, and the fundraising process.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strategic insight and creativity to improve workflow and output.
- Experience using LLM to enhance productivity.
- Experience interacting with clients (hedge funds, asset owners, etc.)
