Job Description

► You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics reporting landscape across all relevant IT systems in order to implement a global standard across regions and business units. This includes driving forward the development of the reporting infrastructure and landscape with the data domain owner.

► You are responsible for a holistic view of all logistics KPIs and their alignment with the future PT/LOG strategy incl. future IT infrastructure with support of business development department in PT and Bosch

► You act as a central point of contact for reporting requests from all stakeholders

► You are responsible for clarifying report requests from a business perspective (usage, gain, value-add, performance, savings etc.)

► You prepare decision templates for topics and prioritizations

► You are responsible for questioning and coordinating the central logistics requirements from the process areas and the logistics business units

► You are communicating changes and innovations in the reporting landscape to the stakeholders and support the technical documentation and creation of training materials

► You prepare (general) training courses on our reporting landscape and conduct them independently

Qualifications

Qualifications:

► Education: Master's degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, logistics or a related course of study.

Experience & know-how:

► Several years of experience in logistics and logistics processes. Strong analytical skills and competencies. Experience in data analysis, e.g. SQL, Python or similar.

► Background knowledge in programming, database and data architecture as well as PowerBI visualizations preferred.

► Basic knowledge of the data models of SAP ERP systems and other logistics software, such as planning systems, (desirable)

Personality & working practices:

Structured working methods and organization of tasks as well as a high degree of initiative. Strong written and oral communication skills across hierarchical levels.

► Proactive and driving the topics.

► Can break down complex tasks/topics, explain them and work through them according to priority.

► Presenting information in front of higher management

Languages:

► Fluent written and spoken German and English
