As an entry level IT Manager, you’d be a part of any of these teams to build and maintain technology products that drives business value across various domains of P&G business! 
 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strong passion for technology and ability to demonstrate technology to add business value 

  • Experience in Agile project delivery/ IT operations/governance is needed 

  • Understanding of any cloud Platform like Azure/AWS is an added advantage 

  • Experience in FMCG industry chain domain is an added advantage 

  • Hands on development experience in PowerBI / KNIME / Python is an added advantage 

  • Strong innovation and interpersonal teamwork skills 

  • Ability on time management, high operational discipline is must 

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action

About the Digital Go-To-Market Team: 

The Digital Go-To-Market at P&G is at the heart of driving sales & distribution powered by technology ensuring the right product is available at the right store at the right time. Touching millions of retailers through the most advanced technological solutions solving complex business problems. The team is a set of business partners that believe in digital first and are leaders who transform selling processes through digital. The team also plays a critical role in enabling the right analytics for the entire Sales Organization working across different channels partnering with Data Sciences, Data Architecture teams & global SMEs to drive the right business solutions with agility. The analytics wing of the team also works very closely with supply chain / market planners to establish a best-in-class insights layer critical in both long- & short-term sales planning / forecasting etc. 
 

About the Digital Supply Chain Team: 

We deliver the supply chain digital plan that enables superior planning, distribution, customer collaboration powered by integrated systems and data & analytics. We do this as we are completely embedded with the Product Supply team and co-create the strategy as a multi-functional team. Over the years, the roles in this space have also evolved to ensure we stay ahead of the curve, by using latest technology to solve business challenges. As an IT manager in this domain, you can always expect a fast-paced day starting with designing a real-time business alerts system to having lunch with a Distributor team while helping automate their order management and ending the day by planning on touchless warehouse operations. As part of this team, you will become a digital supply chain domain expert while honing/building skills in product management, cloud and AI, Agile system design & development, data & analytics. 
 

About the Consumer IT Team: 

Consumer IT is a group of passionate individuals who care about creating excellent consumer experience for our brands. We have created an end-to-end digital transformation strategy for Marketing & digital Commerce function to win in evolving digital landscape. We leverage the power of consumer data to identify the right job to be done for every consumer group and personalize communications accordingly to bust the trial barrier. We leverage cutting edge technologies like AI/ML to identify the right media mix across channels (TV, YouTube, Facebook, OTT etc.) to optimize overall spend and ensure it gets served to right consumer at right time! 
 

Plant E2E IT Leader: 

Plant IT E2E leader is responsible and accountable for E2E IT Operations, Services, Infra at P&G Plants. The role is within ITOT which is part of Global Business Services organization unit of P&G. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and leading fast-paced, complex, value creation and transformational projects. You will also be responsible for Value Protection to ensure stronger compliance standards in Digital solutions and information security space. Ensure Continuous Improvement by finding opportunity areas to improve services, optimize spending and deliver best in class employee experience through domain mastery, critical thinking ability and analytics skills.
