Finding and hiring exceptional people who are also great cultural fits is key to our success. To support and enhance all of our recruiting efforts, we're looking for an ambitious and operationally minded recruiter to join our Talent and Culture Team (TACT)

The person in this role will be responsible for early career hiring. They will work on evolving our external brand to create sustainable sourcing pipelines for research, business operations, and technology. Planning and organizing PDT’s external branding presence including our campus recruiting and conference efforts. They will collaborate with recruiters on the team and internal stakeholders to plan and execute on external engagement and projects. To thrive in this work, the right person will be operationally excellent, organized, execution driven with conviction that the details matter. This is a hybrid position and will require the person to work from our New York City office at minimum 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and evolve our external brand and organize the strategic vision to build sustainable sourcing pipelines
  • Drive and execute all external branding efforts such as campus recruiting, conferences and other events
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with career services, faculty and student organizations
  • Full cycle recruiting on experienced roles
  • Represent PDT’s brand, culture and value externally
  • Continually seek ways to streamline and systematize the recruiting team's workflow
  • Organize and operationalize recruiting related projects and strategies
  • Willingness to travel during peak recruiting seasons

  • 2+ years of campus recruiting, program management or full cycle recruiting experience 
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills  
  • Razor-sharp attention to details and striking organizational skills (habitual checklist-makers welcome).
  • A highly operational mind matched with strong acumen—you can synthesize multiple perspectives, crystallize priorities and tradeoffs, and identify the most reasonable path forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of work and timeliness.
  • Tenacious and self-motivated to excel in everything you do.
  • Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn about our business

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a strong academic program

The salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000. This range is not inclusive of any potential bonus amounts.  Factors that may impact the agreed upon salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other external factors.
