This Role Contributes to The Company Mission By:
Providing effective and efficient campaign execution and optimization leading to improved performance for our clients ensuring client satisfaction impacting company revenue and performance. This role is crucial for the success of our media capabilities.
Essential Job Functions “What You’ll Do”:
- Optimize programmatic advertising campaigns within The Trade Desk to achieve client objectives.
- Implement optimization strategies including but not limited to campaign pacing, frequency capping, supply path, ad fraud and brand safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and performance metrics.
- Pull The Trade Desk reporting to inform optimization strategies.
- Provide regular updates to internal team.Stay up to date with industry trends and The Trade Desk platform updates.
- Position is remote; however, ideal candidate is open to coming into the office if needed.
Essential Qualifications “What You’ll Need”:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business preferred.
- 3-4 years in IT, media, advertising, or lead generation business.
- Understanding of KPIs such as CPM, CTR, viewability, fraud (IVT), and frequency.
- Knowledge of the difference between PMP (Private Marketplace), Open Exchange, and CPM bidding.
- Ablilty to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience suceeding independently as an individual contributor paired with the ability to thrive as part of a team.
- High problem solving skills.
- Ability to work toward goals, meet deadlines, and contribute positively to the team environment.
- Strong communication skills in English both verbally and in writing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and effective multi-tasking.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint.
- Experience with DSPs (preferably The Trade Desk).
- Professional level marketing experience.
- Above average critical thinking skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-moving business, department, and with process changes.
