About the Role

This role requires a holistic understanding of campaign workflows, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and exceptional project management skills. This role will report to the Head of DTC Marketing and support efforts to drive customer acquisition and engagement through strategic campaign execution.

Mission and Goals

  • You´ll play a vital role in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Marketing team by managing the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and cross-functional marketing initiatives such as go-to-market (GTM) plans across North America.

  • You´ll collaborate with stakeholders across teams—including marketing channels, brand marketing, product, analytics, pricing, and web development—to ensure seamless execution, alignment with business goals, and continuous optimization of campaign performance.

Objectives

  • Serve as the project manager for end-to-end DTC marketing campaign execution, coordinating stakeholders across marketing, brand, product, analytics, pricing, and web development teams.

  • Partner with various teams to translate campaign objectives into actionable plans and clearly defined requirements while ensuring alignment and consistency across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure on-time execution, acting as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams.

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, leveraging tools such as Adobe Analytics and similar platforms.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline campaign execution workflows and enhance efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed documentation of campaign requirements, approvals, and post-campaign evaluations.

  • Monitor marketing trends and competitor activities to inform campaign best practices.

  • Support the DTC Marketing team in achieving performance metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Competencies
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or marketing project coordination, ideally in a direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, or digital marketing environment.

  • Strong project management skills, with proven experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for project management and campaign performance tracking.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and how they intersect with marketing campaigns is a plus.
