About the Position
Dexis is seeking Management Professionals to support a Task Order providing the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Office of the Under Secretary of Defense, Policy (OUSD(P)) with Office Management Services (OMS) support. Staff will focus on providing executive-level services including office management, calendar and schedule management, travel planning and processing, correspondence management, human resource management, security support, resource management, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Assist office management procedures, including Identifying, planning, directing, coordinating, developing, and implementing innovative process improvements to OMS and other enabling services throughout the organization.
- Support travel requirements through authorizations and vouchers for Principal Directors and above, assisting with obtaining passports and visas for official travel, facilitating compliance with the Foreign Clearance Guide, preparing Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests, and preparing visit requests.
- Support office scheduling processes including arranging meetings, managing calendars, collecting and assembling daybooks, serving as the point of contact for scheduling questions and requests, event support, and managing visitor logistics.
- Support correspondence efforts through logging, reviewing, distributing, and monitoring correspondence.
- Manage human resources requirements, including facilitating in- and out-processing of personnel, assisting with preparing and tracking requests for permanent or temporary personnel, and assisting with the government performance management programs.
- Facilitate security requirements, including personnel security clearances and building access requests.
- Onboard new OMS staff by establishing, implementing, maintaining, and documenting appropriate onboarding processing, and training materials.
- Program management, to include on-site leadership, supervision, and management of contractor personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least three (3) years' experience in project management, including requirements gathering, office management, administrative logistics, event coordination and execution, and human resources.
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Preferred Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience, office administrative support, and other OMS experience, ideally in DoD operating environments;
- Demonstrated ability to align needed subject matter experts to identified requirements, such as logistics, human resources, travel, and security;
- Highly organized with an eye for detail;
- Experience working in DoD, OUSD(P), or DCSA office environments preferred.
