Job Description
Should be a self-directed, highly motivated, self-starter and skilled individual with strong demonstrated leadership and technical problem solving skills who would be part of CAE Crash support team to Client and should be able to handle crash load-cases in LS-DYNA, ANSA/Metapost, analyse results, make detailed report, propose countermeasures to improve/ meet crashworthiness targets in the vehicle.
Main Responsibilities:
• Communicate with client for day to day simulation activities and manage activities and deliveries independently
• To meet the customers’ expectations of quality and schedule.
• Able to provide structural design countermeasure , solution to meet project target
• Report / summary preparation and Presentation of result to client and involvement in decision making for any countermeasure to meet project target
• Lead a team of engineers; Mentor & support team members to improve competency.
Requirements:
• Shall have 7+ years of experience in CAE with exposure in full vehicle impact / crash experience
• Good Knowledge to full vehicle and all sub assemblies.
• Proficient in ANSA / Metapost,LS-DYNA
• Should have hands on experience and should be able to perform Pedestrian Impact load case for various regulations
• Exposure to ODB impact / full frontal Impact /Side MDB impact / Side Pole Impact / Roof Crush etc would be added advantage
• Should be proficient in Analysis , predication and presentation of results
• Ability to perform correlation of CAE simulation with test
• Exposure to automation of tasks desirable.
• Able to analyze full vehicle impact load - cases and able to give design suggestion.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, self-starter and skilled individual with strong demonstrated leadership and technical problem solving skills
• Ability to establish a systems engineering approach to solving problems
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills

• LS-DYNA , ANSA ,Meta-Post, MS-Office
Qualifications
- Degree / Msc in Engineering (Automotive / Mechanical) from reputed university.
- Postgraduate Degree in respective discipline from reputed university would be an added advantage
