Servtek Buyer Planner ·
Processing the MRP and releasing the purchase orders after reviewing the demand and available stock. · Confirming the promise date in system in order to meet the customer requirement. · Updating the various system records i.e. Supplier item relationship, Item Branch etc. · Review the out of stock reports and work upon accordingly. · Inventory Transfer in order to control the inventory. · Get the quote from supplier and update the price in system. · Procedure for price increase approval. · Resolving supplier related issues like Price Increase, Drawing/Specification Clarification, Delivery, Invoice queries etc.
Production Buyer Planner ·
Reviewing drawing changes and PDF parts through Web focus. Operation system Module · Working on Web focus Software for Generating Monthly and weekly and Daily inventory Reports · Working on Buyer planner capacity model with actual and forecast orders. · Working on inventory reduction reports.
Processing Daily ECO’s. · Generating Daily Reports for Buyer/Planner. · Processing Daily Drawing Change Reports · Cross Docking for ST/OT errors.
