As a Business Transformation Associate within the Commercial Bank Middle Office teams, you will promote the transformation agenda for all Middle Office operations. You will help drive meaningful process improvement projects to build better efficiency within The Commercial Bank Middle Office Service and On-Boarding teams. You will be responsible for scoping problems, identifying major issues and opportunities, designing solutions, and creating persuasive presentation materials to summarize findings. This role will also lead the design and development of presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders. This role provides an opportunity to leverage your experience in financial services, consulting, technology or related discipline to promote meaningful process improvement projects and build better efficiency within our teams.
Job responsibilities:

  • Complete day-to-day processes related to analysis, project management and delivery of transformation initiatives
  • Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify potential bottom-line financial impact
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to scope, design as well as measure performance of transformation initiatives
  • Work with product and tech development teams for all domains using agile methodology for client journeys and persona planning
  • Support roadmap for roll-out and adoption of new initiatives and capabilities across clients and employees
  • Design and manage team presentations to periodically update executive management, leadership and stakeholders across LOBs on roadmap, delivery milestones and change management
  • Develop a cohesive brand for the Transformation team through creation and management of presentation, communication and project templates to be utilized by the wider team


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, technology or related discipline
  • Experience in data analytics / data mining techniques and leveraging them to help drive transformation objectives
  • Experience working on transformation initiatives end-to-end, delivering business objectives through design (digital-led), systems implementation and operating model / process change
  • Advanced PowerPoint presentation skills and proven experience, with the ability to design, build and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex business case analysis
  • Strong verbal, written communications and presentation skills - ability to articulate and tell a story
  • Knowledge of re-engineering processes, end-to-end process mapping, diagnosing business imperatives and driving change
  • Knowledge of the CB businesses, products and operations
  • Ability to partner with other teams across the organization to achieve results
  • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration Degree


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • MBA
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
  • PMP or other Project Management Certifications
  • Previous marketing or communications experience
