Digital Products and Solutions Architect
This role is for a Digital Product and Solutions Architect responsible for supporting the growth and development of the Digital Products and Solution Practice within the ZS Technology Advisory and Services business. The successful candidate will work closely with ZS practice leadership and become trusted advisor and enabler for our clients to help them smoothly embrace digital and technology changes, align business process to product-centric platforms and partner with client IT organizations during the change process. Solution architects are savvy, strategic technology consultants that serve our large, global clients as we envision and design transformational digital & IT strategies and solutions, driven by innovation in leading business platforms in Life Science and Healthcare Payer and Provider domain.

• Provide architectural point of views & insights as part of a platform and product focused consulting services for our clients.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate "best-in-class" technologies, platforms, frameworks, products and accelerators to achieve desired outcomes.
• Design and architect end-to-end digital solutions that address complex business challenges and drive value.
• Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and system integrations for digital products and the supporting platform services.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure digital architectures.

What You'll Do

• Be a subject matter expert on technology advisory for product-fit and platform-fit within the big picture of the enterprise landscape.
• Demonstrate leadership in Digital Product area by bringing all aspects of Product and Platform Architecture to clients and company.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our digital products.
• Work with business, IT and PMO stakeholders to conduct various activities in an agile collaborative manner managing the full product life cycle, from ideation to deploy, such as product evaluation, architectural-fit, platform capabilities, gap assessment, maturity mapping, implementation governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, developers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Ensure compliance with architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct technology assessments and proof-of-concepts to validate proposed solutions.
• Stay current on latest platform solutions, emerging technologies, industry trends and solution patterns, and lead the effort to develop ZS POV and market scan for strategic decision-making and best practices in digital product solution.
• Collaborate with various practices and service areas within ZS to help assure delivery excellence in pursuit to exceed client expectation of value delivered throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quickly assimilate new knowledge with deep Digital, Tech and business acumen.
• Demonstrate executive-level presence and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs. Ability to work across geographic boundaries to collaborate and support with global teams and clients.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in an IT or Business Consulting firm, with proficiency in Solution Architecture having proven expertise in Platform Configuration, System Integrations, Custom application development, Product customization and deployments.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end digital solutions using modern technologies and architectures.
• Extensive architectural expertise and business process understanding of CRM and Workflow development platforms, SFDC in specific functional domain.
• Understanding of architectural principles, patterns & methods related (but not limited) to Web, Databases, API lead design, microservices, interoperability and other integration technologies.
• Experience in digital transformation, specifically in the areas of customer engagement and digital experience.
• Reasonable depth of domain knowledge, either in Life sciences Commercial space or HealthCare Payer & Provider function, having familiarity with reference architectures and first-hand experience with leading vendor platforms in this space.
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and related applications, web and mobile development frameworks in delivering client needs is desirable.
• Strong product mindset to envision solution offerings as products from start to the last mile associated with a client problem area.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements (at a global scale is nice to have).
• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Salesforce, TOGAF) are a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of ability to communicate complex, forward-leaning technology concepts to ZS and its clients' business leaders.
• Proven ability to formulate and present strategic points of view on relevant industry trends.
