We are currently seeking a Business Technology Analyst passionate about value delivery and driving outcomes for our Durable Product Team (DPT) in Finance Technology (FinTech). FinTech supports various teams in Finance such as Corporate Accounting and Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Global Travel and Expense, and Enterprise Supplier Management. By partnering with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Sponsors, we focus on achieving the right outcomes and driving the strategic roadmap for their technology domain.
In this role, you will use your technology experience to solve business problems and drive innovative solutions. You will utilize your strong technical skills in data validation processes, flows, and governance, using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). You will work independently and demonstrate strategic agility, conceptual thinking, and decision quality to support business outcomes. Additionally, you will manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Business Sponsors to achieve the strategic goals of the technology domain.
Responsibilities:

Analyze business and user needs and document requirements. Develop moderately complex information systems and advise on the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment.

Translate client requirements into functional documentation. Formulate and define the system's scope and objectives based on user needs and business processes.

Advise on business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results. Own the design and testing of new or enhanced applications.

Lead the implementation of systems and software. Identify and document all system constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system changes. Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues.

Perform user support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. Lead the collection, documentation, and maintenance of functional requirements and modeling.

Guide and advise less experienced team members.

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Five (5) years of experience working in a similar technology role within a financial institution or related field is required.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Proven ability to solve business problems through technology.

Strong technical skills in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, OAC).

Independence and deep product/technical knowledge.

Exceptional stakeholder management (influence, persuasion, communication, change management).

Strategic agility and risk management skills.

Prior experience within Finance (i.e. Corporate Accounting and Reporting, FP&A, Treasury, Global Travel and Expense, and Enterprise Supplier Management.)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
