At LiveRamp, the Business Technology (BT) team acts as a true partner to the business, working alongside talented, dedicated individuals to deliver insightful and actionable information. In this role, you will collaborate with our People & Culture team to explore, design, and deliver solutions that equip them with crucial information, empowering LiveRamp to be recognized as the employer of choice in our industry.
You will:

Serve as a trusted advisor for the People & Culture team, proactively looking for opportunities to optimize operational processes and generate actionable information from their outputs

Gather comprehensive specifications, including business, user, process, and system requirements (both functional and non-functional) then translating them into user stories ensure they are aligned with the overall business vision

Work with business users and application leads to ensure timely, thorough solutions by identifying stakeholders, recognizing and mitigating risks, facilitating communication, creating estimates, and escalating issues when necessary

Become the subject matter expert for systems and business processes in key areas - Recruiting, Talent Enablement, and Human Capital Management

Desire to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to configure enhancements that meet the stakeholders needs
-
Provide incident and enhancement support to requestors, including troubleshooting, configuration, unit testing, and deployment

Support the development and maintenance of the People & Culture Applications team’s roadmap and sprint planning

Follow change control processes to deploy enhancements to HR systems

Create and maintain reports according to our reporting standards
About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
-
6+ years experience as an HR Analyst with strong subject matter expertise in Human Resources ideally in Recruiting, Talent Enablement, and/or HR Operations.

2+ years experience in configuring and maintaining HR systems, with Workday experience preferred

Capability to guide cross-functional projects from discovery to implementation by engaging with business stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and professional with a proven ability to deliver projects and enhancements on time, on budget, and within scope
-
Capable of systematically analyzing issues and problems by gathering diverse and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions, and translating these conclusions into effective process or system designs

Excellent interpersonal skills; effective at listening to, understanding and clarifying concerns and issues raised by users, with a deep sense of humility and openness to the perspectives of others.

Experience working in an agile environment utilizing sprints for delivery

Ability to work well in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment, where priorities frequently change

The approximate annual base compensation range is $113,000 to $176,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
