Business Support - Statistical Data Sciences and Analytics

This role will support the Data Sciences & Analytics, India-Philippines organization for Pfizer. It will report to the Head of SDSA and work closely with the India-Philippines Leadership Team. This role is for an experienced administrative professional delivering consistent business results within assigned areas of responsibility, based on thorough knowledge of the departmental lines, and the broader organization. The role requires a proactive and independent administrative professional contributing consistent and high-quality business results. It also demands confidentiality, and ability to always act in accordance with Pfizer's policies.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting management (internal, and with external partners) including offsite meetings
• Organization and coordination of inbound and outbound travel (agenda, reservations, logistics) for leaders and colleagues
• Monitoring of budget and tracking spend at least on a quarterly basis
• Support to recruitment and onboarding of new hires and interns
• Help develop documents, presentations, and announcements as required
• Maintain org charts, resourcing plans, dashboards and trackers as needed
• Interface with internal and external partners, as needed
• Key collaborator with enabling functions to ensure smooth functioning of the department
• Point-of-Contact for third party vendors, as required
• Partner with site leaders on key initiatives and meetings
• Key contributor towards planning and execution of site-level employee engagement activities
• Support external engagements as needed, for example, community outreach towards Pfizer's CSR initiatives
• Advise colleagues on administrative procedures and processes, as needed

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5 - 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years supporting senior leaders
• Familiarity with relevant applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
• Excellent command of English and as applicable, local languages
• Strong inter-personal skills to be able to interact with individuals from all levels of the organization in a professional, positive, and discreet manner

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience supporting heads of functions and large teams (>100 colleagues)
• Project management certifications
