We are seeking a Business Support & Data Analytics Specialist for our First Quality Products located in McElhattan, PA (hybrid). This role is responsible for supporting FQP Sales Management to grow overall sales in Absorbent Hygiene to Healthcare/Consumer customers by:
- Compiling and analyzing internal and competitive sales and usage data in support of Healthcare Marketing and Sales activities
- Developing Business Trend Insights to support Healthcare / Consumer Marketing and Sales
Primary responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support
- Order Guide Updating/Creation
- Government Bids Support – crossing, conversion, product information.
- Bulk Samples / Sample Programs, Processing, inventory management
- Weekly Inventory & Order Analysis
- Establish and monitor KPIs to assess and improve the effectiveness of customer and marketing technology initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Prepare well-organized, clear, and concise communications to keep stakeholders abreast of project status and communicate clear expectations to cross-functional partners.
- Corporate Account Sales Analytical Support
- Product Cross and Conversions for Cost Savings Analyses
- Opportunity Pipeline Reporting – Analytics
- Qliksense Reporting & Dashboard
- Creation of customized reporting
- Establish specialized reporting
- Manage Excel-based analytic tools to streamline analytic processes:
- Formulary Consolidation
- Product Order Calculator
- KPI & Cost In Use Reporting
- Independent Cost Analysis
- Specialized Monthly reporting
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Degree in business, statistics, or analytics, or proven experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role in sales-driven organization.
- Strong knowledge of sales analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices
- Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office – especially Excel
- Experience with SAP & Qliksense a plus.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing KPIs
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work with short deadlines and competing demands.
- Strong accountability and completion of tasks without close supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools within Microsoft Excel
- Proactive, organized and efficient with high standards for grammar/visual consistency and accuracy.
- Embraces an entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas, the tenacity to drive to execution, and flexibility to take on different roles and duties as required.
- Normal mobility, manual dexterity, normal visual and auditory ability.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language and perform basic mathematical skills.
- Open to candid feedback and brings initiative, humility, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
