This position provides a unique platform to learn the various end-to-end processes in the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) and Connect to Resolve (C2R) scopes: Onboarding, Offboarding, Job Change, International Assignment, Absence Management, and Query Management. This is also an opportunity to gain exposure working with Multi Country and Culture within SBO People Services teams.
Main responsibilities:
- The specific processes within Employee Life Cycle and Connect to Resolve (C2R)stream.
- Support and participate in ad-hoc projects
- Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines
- To coordinate and support with writing knowledge articles based on process content provided in English and local language.
- Work in the case management tool to report each case and progress on the resolution
- Continually monitors and seek ways to improve user satisfaction and feedback
- Actively support and involvement on the Core model deployment, process simplification, harmonization, and automatization.
About you
Skills and Experience:
- Working experience is not required as training will be provided
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Power BI, Excel, Power point, Words etc
- Positive attitude and mindset aligned with “Play to Win” behaviors.
- Proactive, Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Can work in multi-tasking environment
- Can connect the dots and think strategically
- Willingness to develop and learn
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written
- Proficient in other foreign languages such as Mandarin or Thai will be an edge
- Effective communication at all levels.
About you
- Master/ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance and Engineering or equivalent
- Experienced in social activities and student or University organization
