Provides a structured rules management discipline focused on re-use including rule definition, categorization, governance, deployment, and management. Fully independent and able to apply principles and concepts to accomplish tasks. Able to resolve standard or routine questions or assignments, but raises issues that are complicated or complex. Work is reviewed by higher level members of the team for accuracy and content.

Your Impact:

Documenting those needs in the form of user stories

Collaborating witth our customers to prioritize work

Planning with our customers and IT partners for each Program Increment (PI)

Supporting a “full-stack” team approach to maximize team productivity

Recommending innovative approaches / solutions to meet business needs

Grooming and executing stories that include Decision Modeling, testing, and deploying our enterprise decision solutions

Collaborating with the business rules community to ensure alignment with best practices and standards for decision modeling, testing and decision services

Driving ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities within Modern Delivery

Developing and championing strategic objectives across Business Rules

Responsible for acting as the primary interface between technology and a specific business product

Identifies needs of the users/customers and recommends alternative methods for meeting those needs
Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent experience preferred
-
Typically has 1-3 years of related experience

Desire and willingness to participate in our Decision Modeling Assessment, Decision Modeling Training and required to become certified in Decision Modeling within 1 year of taking position

Desire and willingness to participate in team cross-training to learn different rule communities

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $67,000 - $101,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
