As part of Lombard Odier Technology and Operations Business Risk Management function, your role is to support the 1st line Risk Management framework for Technology Risk on a global basis, covering all IT risk drivers in order to ensure that risks in the business are identified and appropriately managed.
YOUR ROLE

Support the IT Run, Change, and IT Security Function Heads and teams with the execution of the IT Strategy (from a Risk management perspective).

Construct and execute an IT risk based control monitoring plan (covering centralized and distributed controls), monitor the effectiveness of the first line IT risk controls and IT risk profile compared to the approved IT risk appetite.

Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure the IT business risk management plan is communicated, agreed and accepted

Improve IT risk and performance indicators (production, analysis and escalation) and the associated risk appetite level.

Support IT Process improvements and risk identification with the execution of IT Risk and Control Self-Assessments; leveraging ITIL best practices.

Ensure IT risk event root cause analysis is challenged; ensure risk remediation actions are appropriate and undertaken to reduce risk of re-occurrence.

Provide first class management information to support the ongoing risk profile of the IT business and to inform senior stakeholders and governance forums of the current risk profile

Oversee the IT related Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities (IT DRP, testing, strategies).

Engage with External Audit teams in the execution and challenge related to ISAE audits and annual Regulatory Audits. Engage with Internal Audit function to support IT Audit engagement and IT business response to audit issues.

Embed a supportive IT Risk culture across all functions within Technology by promoting and supporting a culture of high sensitivity to risks.
YOUR PROFILE

Master degree required.
-
5 years plus experience in the domain of IT Risk / Audit / Security, or equivalent in roles with strong exposure and experience in risk management within IT and / or operations.

Work experience in the Private Banking Sector will be highly considered.

Excellent understanding of IT related risks faced by Private Banks. CISA or CRISC certifications will be highly considered.

Project Management experience (and PMI certification) will be highly considered.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong interpersonal skills and stress resistance.

Team player, can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned activities.
