About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Specialist to join the Letters of Credit (LC) team, which supports various lines of business (LOBs) within Corporate Investment Banking. In this role, you will:
- Provide credit deal team support for Letter of Credit issuances, rebooking, pricing changes and billing
- Coordinate auto renewal reporting, customer query support, manual reporting and billing as needed
- Manage ad-hoc request that arise from customers, credit or relationship teams
- Develop expertise in bank policies, procedures, and compliance requirements and ensure adherence
- Book all operating exposure onto the applicable systems of record
- Evaluate and ensure accurate new and existing data in the systems of record
- Partner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of credit systems of record and tools such as AFS, LIQ, TradeWorks, CoRS
- Knowledge of the booking and closing processes
- Understanding of the credit underwriting and customer due diligence processes
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
Job Expectations:
- Job Location can be Charlotte, Minneapolis, or Houston

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
