About the Role

We are offering a full-time Business Development Manager position to drive the growth of our Plan Management and Support Coordination services across Western Sydney and South West Sydney.

In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on building meaningful partnerships, securing new B2B relationships, and creating excellent outcomes for participants. You’ll also contribute to growing the business by:

  • Driving Local Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the disability community and actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Expanding Networks: Represent the company at community events to establish strong connections.
  • Participant-Centric Growth: Manage and nurture new leads, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for participants.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships within the participant database to foster trust and re-engagement.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, thrives in a participant-first environment, and is motivated by achieving impactful outcomes.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience: Business development, relationship management, or support coordination experience, ideally within the disability sector.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisational Excellence: Superior time management and multitasking skills to juggle priorities effectively.
  • Purpose-Driven Passion: A commitment to working in a participant-centric, purpose-led organisation.
  • Compliance Ready: Current Working with Children or Vulnerable People checks.
