In this role, you will provide general program support to business teams responsible for accomplishing outcomes outlined in the business program strategy. You will partner with business teams responsible for delivering the program to manage, track, and report program progress as defined by business standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the coordination of activites to support the business program. Document and maintain business program plans, and goals, roles, processes, deliverables, schedule, and budget. Identify key dependencies, resources, timeframes and milestones for key program deliverables.
- Coordinate department-wide meetings and events such as townhalls, employee engagement activities, off-site leadership meetings, special events, etc.
- Continually probe for bottlenecks and other potential problems; use influence, resourcefulness and initiative to minimize their effect on the program plan. Provides input on priority trade offs within and between business programs, as needed. Address and resolve program conflicts.
- Assist with presentations, internal/external communication, and other misc. reports. May include coordination of meeting materials from multiple preparers into final presentation form for leader review.
- Act as Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Lead and maintain department BCP plan.
- Coordinate critical processes for monthly recruiting events such as registration management, event speaker preparation and coordination, etc.
- Support department employee engagement plan and activities.
- Respond to ad hoc requests and manage small projects/programs and participate in larger projects representing the team.
- Provide assistance, training and/or mentoring to administrative staff within department and provide back-up administrative support as needed.
- Assist with employee onboarding and related activities and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' relevant work experience
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with administrative tools (Ariba Buyer, Concur, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and eye to accuracy
- Excellent organization skills with ability to multi-task, quickly change direction and independently prioritize work
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and use independent judgment
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality due to accessing and handling sensitive information
- Experience in coordinating large events
- Proficiency w/ computer programs (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $57,100 - $77,100 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
