The Business Process Specialist will work with cross-functional teams within the Technology Organization to drive process improvements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The role is responsible for supporting the Business Management Lead in identifying operational inefficiencies, supporting the implementation of process changes, and ensuring that best practices are applied across various technology teams.

Our team plays a vital role in supporting the seamless operation of the business by collaborating closely with Technology PMO and other cross-functional leadership teams including our Technology Organization, business partners from FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, and P&C. We work together to ensure efficient coordination, manage key initiatives, and drive organizational change management.

If you were in the Business Process Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Analyzing technology business processes by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement optimized workflows
  • Documenting and updating processes, ensuring accurate and accessible records that support consistent and efficient operations across the team
  • Coordinating cross-functional meetings to align priorities, address challenges, and drive smooth execution of business initiatives
  • Assisting with data collection and analysis, providing key performance insights and supporting the development of performance dashboards to track business progress
  • Supporting project execution by tracking timelines, deliverables, and resources, while providing administrative support for ongoing business process improvements
  • Supporting Technology team specific Learning & Development programming

  • Enhancing process efficiency by analyzing performance metrics and providing insights to improve operational workflows and ensure consistent adoption of best practices
  • Partnering with the Business Management Lead to support change management, helping the Technology Organization adapt to new workflows
  • Organizing training and development opportunities, including managing training platforms and resources, and educating team members on process changes to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Delivering measurable improvements by successfully implementing business process improvement projects
  • Ensuring the effective tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Are you our next Business Process Specialist?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • You have 2+ years of experience in business process management, project coordination, or a similar role within a technology or innovation-driven organization
  • You have experience in process documentation, optimization, and data analysis
  • You have exposure or interest in business processes, workflow analysis, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
  • You are proficient with MS Suite, project management tools and software
  • You have analytical mindset with the ability to assess process and identify opportunities for efficiency
  • You are able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • You have experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is a plus
