About the team

Worldpay, LLC seeks Business Process Manager Senior in Cincinnati, OH to develop and execute partner strategy: analyze internal capabilities and external market factors to determine where we need to partner, who to partner with, and how to structure partnerships.

What you will be doing

The Business Process Manager Senior will assess feasibility and commercial viability of partnership: identifying and prioritizing targets, business case development, deal structuring, negotiating terms and contracts.  Additionally, the role will:

  • Collaborate across segments: liaise with Product, Sales, Commercial and Strategy teams, and other areas of the business to gather input and ensure alignment on the partners we pursue.
  • Ensure the success of the partnerships and work with the partner and stakeholders at Worldpay to launch and grow the partnership and ensure continuous governance.
  • Explore other potential partnerships that can deliver additional capabilities to our existing suite of products and services, and hence additional value to our merchants.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation:

  • conducting data analysis and statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI; 
  • creating and assessing team and leadership dashboards using Microsoft Excel, working with key metrics and performance indicators, and pursuing solutions when such metrics indicate issues;
  • creating custom Microsoft PowerPoint and Think-Cell presentations with charts, analyses and data visualizations for different clients and stakeholder levels; 
  • creating bespoke assessments on strategic topics based on research, industry reports, and expert calls;
  • managing project workstreams with multiple stakeholders both internal and clients; 
  • leading training sessions and other presentations with small and large audiences, including creating the required materials, collecting feedback and input, and following up on next steps and actions.
