A Day in the LifeJoin Medtronic’s Credit Services team as Business Process Improvement Analyst, supporting the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as other regions and become a part of a company that improves people's lives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Subject Matter Expert of Cash Collection and Cash Application functions including onboarding and training
- Supporting Business Process Outsourcing partner and in-country teams with process related queries including resolution of gaps, issues and escalations
- Investigating and analyzing AR data, monitoring processes and take an action on deviations observed
- Collaborate with Credit Services and extended teams on continuous improvements and process updates
- Contributing and leading projects to standardize processes across EMEA Credit Services or regions
- Maintain, improve and harmonize operational and technical documents (SOPs, WIs etc.)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Cash Application or Cash Collection, or Advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Cash Application or Cash Collection background is a MUST
- Spoken and written proficiency in English is a MUST, additional languages is an advantage
- Project management certification or relevant exposure
- Proven experience in process mapping and mining
- Successfully completed continuous improvement projects, Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
