We are looking for a Business Process Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating, documenting, and providing documentation for the client's business processes, mainly focusing on the secondary supporting processes that run through the client’s operational model in areas such as Finance Management, Human Resources Management, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Risk Management, Health and Safety Management, Internal Audit Management, etc.
- Analyzing and modeling the above existing business processes using a Business Process Management System (BPMS), according to the rules and policies governing the client’s operation, as defined in the operational guidelines and the informal procedures applied in daily work, in collaboration with the relevant departments.
- Ensuring smooth collaboration of involved parties for the successful implementation of process improvement projects.
- Monitoring the progress of process improvement projects and ensuring adherence to their schedules.
- Participating in the evaluation of project deliverables.
- Providing support in drafting operational guidelines.
- Documenting recorded processes and workflows in a central repository (Process Repository) for reference by all stakeholders, ensuring continuous updating of this repository and providing support for its usage.
- Managing knowledge (Knowledge Management) and disseminating it to the workforce via the interactive repository, reducing process complexity and streamlining workflows through knowledge digitization.
- Proposing and recommending semi-automation or full automation of processes related to supporting and administrative functions of the client as part of the Digital Transformation Program, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Evaluating process performance and recommending redesign, improvement, and simplification of supporting and administrative processes in collaboration with relevant departments, in accordance with the regulatory and institutional framework in which the client operates.
- Monitoring the performance of supporting and administrative processes within the Total Quality Management framework, aiming for continuous improvement and alignment with the company's strategic goals and best practices.
- Managing changes arising from the redesign of supporting and administrative processes, changes in regulatory frameworks, and the introduction of new information systems to align processes with the client's Strategic and Operational Plans.
- Providing scientific, advisory, or technical support on issues related to their area of expertise.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office).
- At least 3 years of experience in process redesign.
- At least 3 years of experience in team and project management.
- Bachelor's degree from a Greek university or an equivalent foreign degree in Administrative Science and Technology, Business Administration and Management, Informatics, Informatics and Telecommunications, Statistics and Operational Research, Economics, Digital Industry Technologies, Industrial Management and Technology, or any other related field.
Additional Desired Skills:
- A Master's degree with at least one year of study duration in Business Administration or with a focus on Total Quality Management (MBA or MBA TQM) or in another related field relevant to the position.
- Certification in business process analysis and modeling tools (e.g., SAP SIGNAVIO, ARIS, etc.).
- Certification in SAP (S/4HANA).
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt).
