Job Description
The Business Process Analyst role is part of the RAAMP Business Process Analyst team which is responsible for support for the department and the customer sites.
As Business Process Analyst you will gather data from multiple inputs, establish metrics, create reports and provide information to help guide decisions. At this position you will analyze the data, sales, identifying trends, and managing the internal systems.
Your responsibilities - what you will do:
- Understand business and partner needs, evaluate requirements, develop reports, provide support for the internal and external customers;
- Prepare operational (daily, weekly, monthly, and adhoc) reports for all partners to ensure data needs are met;
- Follow agreed Service level agreements and ensure quality and consistency of the data and analysis provided;
- Be a system administrator, troubleshoot minor bugs, and coordinate system and database issues resolution;
- Provide business intelligence assistance to projects and process improvement opportunities;
The essential - you will have:
- BS/BA in a business field or suitable experience;
- Local language skills, plus great command of English, both verbal and written;
- Proficiency in use of MS Excel including pivots, graphs and VBA;
- At least basic knowledge of SQL and Power BI;
- Experience of report creation.
The preferred – you might also have:
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles;
- Prior experience in purchasing.
